Il ruoloSiamo alla ricerca di un Debt Advisory Partner con esperienza concreta, in grado di operare con elevato grado di autonomia e di contribuire allo sviluppo della divisione.La figura selezionata :originerà nuovi mandati di debt advisory in autonomia;lavorerà su mandati già acquisiti, collaborando con il team;coordinerà un team dedicato che verrà strutturato in funzione dei mandati e delle caratteristiche del partner;gestirà i rapporti con istituti bancari, fondi di debito e altri finanziatori;seguirà le operazioni dalla strutturazione al closing.Principali responsabilità :Strutturazione di operazioni di finanziamento (acquisition finance, refinancing, growth capital, ecc.) Gestione del processo di debt advisory (materiali informativi, negoziazione term sheet, closing) Relazione diretta con controparti finanziarie e clienti industrialiContributo allo sviluppo commerciale della divisioneRequisiti :Esperienza comprovata in operazioni di debt advisory, con almeno 4–5 operazioni concluseRete di relazioni con istituti bancari, operatori finanziari e realtà industrialiCapacità di origination e gestione autonoma dei mandatiBackground in advisory, investment banking, private debt o corporate bankingOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseAttitudine imprenditoriale e orientamento al risultatoCompensationRetribuzione fissa + componente variabile legata ai deal chiusi e ai mandati originati#J-18808-Ljbffr
