Mettiamoci al lavoro Il/La Recruitment Consultant lavorerà in stretta collaborazione con il Team HR del Cliente, operante nel

settore Digital & IT , a cui verrà dedicato/a, in particolare si occuperà di gestione dei processi di talent acquisition end-to-end (dall'attraction all'onboarding) dei profili identificati dal perimetro del progetto, garantendo il presidio delle attività identificate e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati. Mansioni Definisce le caratteristiche del candidato ideale ed elabora la job description sulla base delle indicazioni dell'azienda Ricerca e valuta i canali di reclutamento più adatti per il target dei profili ricercati (profili operativi per i servizi alla ristorazione aeroportuali) utilizzando in sinergia strumenti di Adecco e del cliente Prepara e pubblica annunci customizzati rispetto al target e promuove le opportunità sui principali social network, siti e portali dedicati al recruiting Monitora la soddisfazione del cliente E' responsabile della gestione delle posizioni assegnate Ricerca i candidati nel DB Olè e altri database online e svolge attività di social recruiting attivo attraverso il networking con candidati Gestisce il processo di selezione così come definito con il cliente in termini di strumenti utilizzati e step Monitoraggio e fatturazione Garantisce la tracciatura puntuale delle attività svolte per consentire un monitoraggio adeguato dei KPIs di servizio Prepara il materiale utile alle service review periodiche con il cliente E' responsabile dell'invio mensile del file utile alla fatturazione Disponibilità a viaggi e spostamenti NB: l'attività si svolgerà in parte presso la sede del Cliente a Firenze Titolo di studio Laurea in Risorse Umane/Psicologia/Discipline Umanistiche/Economia/Giurisprudenza Esperienza lavorativa E' richiesta esperienza di almeno

2 anni di esperienza nel Recruiting su profili ICT, Finance e Sales. Orientamento al risultato e al cliente; Ottime capacità organizzative e rispetto delle tempistiche Ottime capacità di gestione alti volumi Capacità di analisi e problem solving; Flessibilità Predisposizione al lavoro per obiettivi;
