The role operates on the plants in Foligno and Graffignana and collaborates closely with the Italian H&S Manager (RSPP) and with the ASPP in Graffignana to guarantee regulatory compliance, effective risk management and alignment with MillerKnoll's global EHS standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the RSPP in the operational management of the EHS Prevention and Protection Service at both sites.Plan and execute EHS activities with alternating presence at Foligno and Graffignana.Collaborate daily with the ASPP based in Graffignana.Audit, Inspection and Operative MonitoringConduct regular workplace inspections and internal audits according to MillerKnoll global standards.Identify risks, unsafe conditions and opportunities for improvement.Risk Assessment and ComplianceSupport the development and updating of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and specific assessments (chemical agents, manual handling, VDT, physical agents, etc.).Contribute to the analysis of processes and identification of prevention and protection measures.Incident, Near‑Miss and Corrective Actions ManagementManage the reporting, investigation and root‑cause analysis of incidents and near‑misses.Define corrective and preventive actions and monitor their implementation and effectiveness.Training and Safety CultureProvide basic safety training related to procedures, equipment and safe practices.Support corporate initiatives to sensitize and promote proactive safety culture and collaborate with line leaders and supervisors to strengthen EHS involvement on the shop floor.Environmental ManagementSupport the management of waste, environmental registers, documentation and mandatory compliance activities.Ensure adherence to all environmental procedures and MillerKnoll standards.Reporting and KPI ManagementCollect, analyze and report the EHS KPIs required by the Group (TRIR, near‑misses, audit results, investigations).Prepare documentation and periodic reports for the global EHS function.Global Standard and Continuous ImprovementSupport the deployment of global EHS standards, programs and compliance initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement projects (ergonomics, Lean Safety, 5S, workplace organization).Skills & CompetenciesOperational approach and constant presence on the field in industrial contexts.Clear and effective communication at all organizational levels.Risk assessment ability and structured problem‑solving approach.Collaborative attitude and focus on continuous improvement.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities across two plants.Experience operating with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Experience & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in an EHS/HSE role in a manufacturing or industrial context.Solid knowledge of the Italian Normative Health & Safety (D.Lgs. 81/08) and related standards.Professional level in English for reporting and global communications.Availability of regular transfers between Foligno and Graffignana.Qualify ASPP (Moduli A + B – macrosector manifatturiero) is a preferential requirement.Additional InformationRole fully dedicated to Health & Safety activities.Close collaboration with the Italian and global EHS teams.Simply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
