Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Advisor for a leading Telecom Company, located in Greece This is an excellent chance to work in a vibrant environment while providing exceptional service to Italian-speaking customers. If you have a knack for communication and a passion for telecom services, we would love to have you on our team Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services, billing, troubleshooting, and account management. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive experience. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain detailed records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about the latest telecom products and services to provide knowledgeable support. Requirements Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecom sector, is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer‑centric approach. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. A desire to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing situations. A genuine interest in telecommunications and a commitment to providing high‑quality service.
