Partner with the best As Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for designing and qualifying the production of high-performance mechanical components and systems for aeroderivative gas turbines, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency, structural integrity, and maintainability. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, international environment.ResponsibilitiesAs Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for: Design and 3D modeling of mechanical components for aeroderivative turbines (e.g., compressors, combustors, cooling systems) Perform structural and thermal analyses (FEM, CFD) to validate design robustness and reliability Prepare technical specifications, manufacturing drawings, and design documentation Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and testing teams to support product industrialization Provide technical support during assembly, testing, and commissioning phases Ensure compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ISO) and apply best design practices QualificationsFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Energy Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design of turbomachinery or high-temperature/high-pressure components Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, Creo, CATIA) and simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent) Knowledge of high-performance materials (superalloys, ceramics, thermal coatings) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Fluent in English (written and spoken) Work in a way that works for youWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
