As a Technical Implementation Manager (all genders), you will take on primary responsibility for our new and ongoing projects. Together with your team, you will ensure that the number of our active parking sites in Italy continues to grow. What to expect Technical planning: Responsible for the technical planning of our parking sites, including the analysis and determination of hardware placements across the parking area. Coordination: Manage internal and external resources to ensure project progress and work closely with various teams in the Operations department and beyond. Installation planning: Plan installations and maintenance activities and solve on‑site issues creatively. Customer management: Act as the technical point of contact for your projects and coordinate a smooth installation/commissioning process with the customer. Continuous improvement: Challenge the status quo and ensure ongoing process optimization. Reporting: Regularly report KPIs and collaborate closely with various teams. Stakeholder management: Engage professionally with external partners and handle negotiations with confidence. Background: Hold a degree in industrial engineering, (technical) business administration, or a comparable qualification. Experience: Bring at least 2–3 years of experience in project management or operations. Technical affinity: Have spatial reasoning skills, technical understanding, and a hands‑on mentality. Work style: Analytical thinking plus structured and thorough work. Think out of the box: Work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate proactivity and solution‑oriented thinking. Open personality: Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders. Language skills: Italian at C2 level, and fluent in English.
