Berry is now scaling up to strengthen its role as a tech provider in Italy and expand into international markets.Your roleAs part of our tech team, you’ll be right in the middle of projects that truly shape Berry’s products and tech stack. Here’s what you’ll be doing:Improving our products (bit, brick, berry search) and building infrastructure that scales globallyDesigning and deploying secure software solutions on cloud platformsCreating internal tools, scripts, and new methodologies to boost productivityBringing fresh ideas and solutions to ongoing and upcoming projectsSupporting and mentoring other developers—because teamwork mattersCollaborating with our data science team to extract insights from massive datasets and integrate them into predictive models and LLMsPractically, what will you do?Write code and tests in TypeScript (and a bit of Python) for services such as data collection and scraping, MCP Server and Client with LLM models, backend microservices and orchestratorsDeploy your code on Google Cloud Platform (serverless microservices architecture)Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelinesWork side‑by‑side with an extremely welcoming, now international teamIf you’re into data: extract info from unstructured data and feed it into predictive models and LLMs, spot patterns in huge databases (we download between 100 GB and 1 TB of data per day)Collaborate daily with talented engineers, designers, data scientists, and finance prosLearn and grow at lightning speedTeach us how to be an even better teamTechnologies you’ll work withBackend: Node.js, TypeScript (some microservices in Python), Google Cloud (Run, Tasks and other core components), MongoDB, Kafka and Bull MQ, RedisBest practices: Continuous refactoring, testing, CI/CD, SonarQubeYour skills, experience, and qualifications requiredMaster’s degree in engineering or a quantitative field (preferably with honors)At least 1–2 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, including architectural design of complex applications and cloud deploymentStrong knowledge of TypeScript and familiarity with PythonExperience with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelinesCuriosity, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to make sound technical decisionsEnglish proficiencyAbility to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environmentStrong hands‑on attitudeWhat we offerOpportunity to work in a diverse, international team of engineers and make a real impactCutting‑edge tools and technologies, continuous learning, and career growthSupport for an ambitious leap forward in your careerCollaborate with an international team (Italy, UK, Poland, USA, India)LocationMilan, Lombardy, ItalyApply for this job here: to Italian Law (L.68/99), candidates from the disability list will be given priority.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
