Our team combines years of headhunting expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional results.We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Scout to join our growing team.Location: Remote / Work from HomeSchedule: Flexible (minimum 30 hours per week)Key Responsibilities :Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needsCreate and manage job postings across relevant platformsProactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviewsCoordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communicationUpdate recruitment dashboards and track hiring progressContribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy initiativesSupport internal talent development within the organizationCandidate Profile :Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitmentStrong sourcing skills with proven success in identifying top talentProficient in using LinkedIn and social media for recruitmentComfortable working independently and collaboratively within a teamFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor is preferredReliable, organized, and able to commit to at least 30 hours per weekWhat We Offer :Opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-growing international e-commerce company100% remote position – work from anywhereFlexible schedule with autonomy in your roleA young, energetic, and supportive team cultureA positive, performance-driven work environment with room for personal and professional growthAre you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level with a company that values your talent and drive?
