This position will be responsible for the operational processing of the payrolls along with other existing CloudPay global payroll operations teams.In this operational capacity, the Italian Payroll Specialist will ensure the accuracy of payroll and all payroll-related information.Main ResponsibilitiesProcessing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficientlyAnalyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payrollPartner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to OperationsSupport any parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirementAbility to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payrollResearch discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processingDeliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectationsMaintains payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for complianceAssist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration are completed successfullyExperience Needed For This RoleStrong experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll preferredKnowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting etc.Experience in any related payroll software and MS Office – Excel and WordExperience of Zucchetti would be beneficialStrong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlinesForward thinking, able to plan and organise own workloadStrong Italian and English languages skills requiredAbout You And Our Core ValuesTaking ownership, working with integrity and respectBeing a team player is key to our cultureSolution and customer focusedGreat initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving resultsDedicated to developing and always looking for continuous improvementsBe creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you doItaly Package And BenefitsCompetitive SalaryCompetitive vacation allowanceCalm appEAPEmployee Referral ProgramWFH AllowanceTicket Restaurant contributionPaid Volunteering daysCloudPay NOWBereavement LeaveEqual Opportunity StatementCloudPay is committed to being an equal opportunities employer.The CloudPay culture is built upon on five core values, from which we develop our service, our technology and our business strategies.
