Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate, is looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team at one of our prestigious Milan client site. As the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of our brand. Job Description What you’ll do: Welcome visitors and colleagues with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Manage sign-ins, visitor passes, and escort guests to their hosts. Maintain Front of House areas and meeting rooms to impeccable standards. Coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings and events. Handle calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Support the daily operations, liaising with building contractors and hospitality providers. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Security protocols. Who we’re looking for: Proven experience in a customer-facing or reception role. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail. IT literate (Outlook, Word, Excel – intermediate level). Excellent communicator, polite, confident, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player who can also work independently. Empathetic, proactive, and professional mindset.
