You will work alongside SOTI’s partners which include leading tech giants that will keep you on the cusp of emerging technologies.What You’ll Do Provide telephone and email based post-sales technical support for our software productsInvestigate issues reported by customers and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and see through to resolutionWork proactively to update customers by reporting progress regarding outstanding queriesEndeavor to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experienceProvide superior customer service in regards to our MDM solutions. Diagnoseand solve application queries and answer customer questionsUse various devices to reproduce customer environments in order to troubleshoot issues furtherExperience You’ll Bring Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical fieldSolid understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting)Solid understanding of modern Windows client (e.g., Windows 11) and server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022).Experience with database management systems (such as SQL Server) and virtualization technologies (like VMware or Hyper‑V) is a plus.Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS)Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, exceptions for qualified candidatesStrong problem solving abilities, strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard‑working, fast‑learner, self‑motivated, results oriented)Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectivesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills in fluent German and English.About SOTI SOTI is the world's most trusted provider of mobile and IoT management solutions, with more than 17,000 enterprise customers and millions of devices managed worldwide.
