Work across diverse tech stacks—monolithic and microservices architectures, gRPC and REST APIs, Kubernetes and Docker, Python and Rust—to choose the right tools for every challenge.Build stuff that matters. Own projects from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and watching it scale into a product used worldwide.Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity—optimise CI/CD pipelines, write maintainable code, and craft minimalist, future‑proof architectures.Qualifications & CriteriaReasoning ability. Starting salary of £85,797 (UK) or €66,065 (UK‑outside) for early career candidates, rising to £112,189–£250,512 (UK) or €107,837–€188,848 (Europe) for experienced hires.
