The company operates a modern fleet of 22 cruise ships, with three new vessels launching in 2025, 2026, and 2027. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our CRM Department, reporting to the Team Leader. The role involves supporting marketing automation and tactical campaigns in the post-booking phase. Key Accountabilities Design, schedule, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns, including one-shot, recurring, triggered, and dynamic campaigns. Build and deploy email campaigns, editing copy, verifying layout, links, and dynamic content. Review campaign performance and collaborate with the team to improve results. Report key metrics weekly and monthly to stakeholders. Troubleshoot technical issues, list segmentation, and other email execution aspects. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign management and guest engagement. Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, French). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, AJO, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred. Background in Digital Marketing or CRM is advantageous. Self-motivated with proactive teamwork skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Visa requirements Right to work in Italy.
