Per una solida realtà italiana attiva nel settore delle telecomunicazioni e delle infrastrutture tecnologiche, protagonista nella progettazione, realizzazione e manutenzione di reti e impianti complessi, siamo alla ricerca di un Operations Planning Manager. Il candidato ideale possiede un approccio organizzativo, capacità analitiche e competenze gestionali, con esperienza nella pianificazione operativa e nella gestione di risorse e asset.ResponsabilitàGestire la pianificazione delle risorse aziendali in ottica di efficientamento ed ottimizzazione dei costi, in linea con il budget e con gli obiettivi aziendali definiti insieme all’Alta Direzione;Monitorare e coordinare la gestione degli asset (automezzi, attrezzature);Contribuire nella definizione e applicare strumenti e metriche per il capacity planning e la gestione del fabbisogno di risorse nelle varie business unit;Monitorare quotidianamente risorse e carichi allocativi, attivando azioni correttive per massimizzare l’utilization;Collaborare con le funzioni aziendali e le operations per la realizzazione di piani di assunzione analizzando i fabbisogni e i dati aziendali;Predisporre insights, dashboard, reportistica e analisi periodica su disponibilità, saturazione e gap di competenze a supporto delle decisioni strategiche del top management.ProfiloLaurea STEM, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale;Comprovata esperienza in ruoli di pianificazione, operations e gestione asset;Ottime competenze organizzative, analitiche e di leadership;Conoscenza di strumenti gestionali (Excel, ERP ecc.);Buone capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team;Buone competenze in ambito Finance;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.La familiarità con contesti tecnici o impiantistici, idealmente nel mondo telco o infrastrutturale è considerato un plus ai fini della selezione.Avrai la possibilità di operare in un’azienda solida e in crescita, con un ruolo centrale nell’ottimizzazione delle operations.Sede di lavoro : Roma#J-18808-Ljbffr
