What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda – As a product designer at Agoda, you’ll collaborate with a product manager, 6‑8 engineers, researchers, and cross‑functional partners. Together, you’ll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders. Role in the CEG Team – The Customer Experience Group (CEG) at Agoda is our dedicated support team, focused on providing assistance and solutions for booking‑related inquiries. As the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, the CEG plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. As a designer on the CEG team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving great UX while meeting business objectives.
