Senior SAP Project Management Tools Specialist Job Summary: The Project Management Tools Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of tools used by the Project Management function, with a focus on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, and other project management platforms. This role acts as the primary interface between project teams, DT, and business stakeholders to ensure tools are effectively leveraged for project delivery and portfolio management.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the Business Process Owner for designated project management and enterprise systems (including SAP, ERP, and other platforms), accountable for end-to-end process design, workflow optimization, and system integration to align functionality with business objectives and regulatory requirementsAct as the key user and subject matter expert for the suite of Project Management tools, ensuring optimal configuration, utilization, and alignment with evolving business needsSupport tools implementation and deployment, providing end-user support and training for SAP SD, PPM, and related project management applicationsCollaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD and also PPM tools within project workflowsAnalyze business requirements and propose enhancements to project management tools, optimizing processes for both project delivery and sales order managementMonitor tool performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors for troubleshooting and upgradesDevelop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines for all supported toolsSupport data integrity, reporting, and analytics within SAP SD, PPM, and other project management toolsParticipate in system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and the implementation of new tools or functionalitiesStay current with industry trends and best practices in project management, SAP SD, and PPM solutionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience with SAP SD module and PPM, including configuration and process supportExperience in project management tool administration or a similar roleStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAbility to train and support end-users at all levelsExperience with other project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, PPM tool …) is highly desirableCompetenciesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset and stakeholder management skillsCommitment to continuous improvement and professional developmentAdditional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: NoSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Information TechnologyIndustries Electric Power Generation#J-18808-Ljbffr
