Posizione We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support the management and development of websites dedicated to Latin American markets. The resource will work cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and IT teams, handling e-commerce operations and executing digital marketing activities, with a particular focus on coordination, campaigns, and online performance optimization. Main Responsibilities E-commerce Site Operations (Magento) Management of the e-commerce site Creation and updating of product sheets (content, images, prices, attributes) Publication of commercial content and site updates Verification of correct display and user experience (no technical development responsibilities) Internal Coordination Act as interface between Marketing, R&D, and IT teams Support product launches and digital updates Gathering of requirements and follow-up on operational activities Digital Promotions and Campaigns Support in planning and executing site promotions Collaboration in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads, etc.) Basic monitoring of KPIs and results Social Media & Digital Presence Support in managing social channels for LATAM markets Coordination of content with the marketing plan Initial analysis of engagement and traffic metrics Email Marketing and Automations Support in creating, sending, and monitoring email marketing campaigns Operational management of automation flows (welcome, abandoned carts, post-purchase, etc.) Basic segmentation of contact databases Analysis of key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) Requisiti Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Advertising, or related fields Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and automations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Aptitude for working with international and multidisciplinary teams Good proficiency with digital tools and online platforms Languages Spanish: fluent (essential requirement) English: fluent Italian: preferable Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of Magento or other e-commerce platforms Experience (academic or internship) in paid media, social media, or email marketing Knowledge of emailing and marketing automation tools like Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms Knowledge of Latin American markets Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.) Altre informazioni What we offer International and stimulating work environment Exposure and hands‑on experience The opportunity to be part of the transformation journey of a growing global company Giunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
