Bolton Food Industrial, Operations & Supply Milano, IT Supply Chain Planner We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our Global Supply Chain Team in Bolton Food based in Italy, Milan. How you make the difference We are seeking an analytical and proactive Supply Chain Planner to play a pivotal role between operations and innovation. You will support supply chain operations, helping ensure alignment with the company’s long-term business goals. You will contribute to capacity and supply planning activities, lead and support in Initiatives roll out and help driving operational efficiency across the organization. How Your Agenda Looks Like Integrated Capacity and Supply Planning
- Develop comprehensive plans that balance production capacity with supply chain demands, aligning with sales forecasts and business objectives.
- Analize and forecast production capacity and supply needs to ensure seamless operations across multiple production sites.
- Evaluate supply and capacity risks, developing proactive mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and resilience.
- Support and coordinate Initiatives and projects related to innovation, product launches (NPD), Continuous Improvement and Business Continuity, ensuring alignment on timelines and priorities.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful execution of initiatives and tangible improvements in supply chain performance.
- Monitor portfolio performance indicators under supervision, focusing on On Time (OT) and Time To Market (TTM) KPIs.
- Leverage data analytics to derive actionable insights for capacity and supply planning, aiding in resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of capacity and supply planning efforts and make informed adjustments.
- Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management that support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in supply planning, logistics, or PMO/project management
- Analytical Mindset and problem-solving attitude: strong interest in data analysis with the ability to identify trends and provide basic insights from complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Query, Macro, and BI tools)
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning digital tools and change management processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Fluent in English, Spanish as a plus
- Starting Salary: from € 35.000 (based on experience and skills)
