Job Summary As a key contributor within the BCG Marketing department, you will reinforce BCG’s positioning within the Italian business and media community. You will support the Communications and Marketing Team in external communication activities, social media, branded content, events organization, and networking and editorial work. You will also engage in internal communication to ensure effective dissemination of messages, initiatives and updates across BCG Italy, fostering alignment, engagement and belonging across teams. Responsibilities Assist in BCG’s positioning within the Italian business and media community. Support external communication activities, including social media, branded content and events organization. Maintain robust communication flows with Italian media channels and social media functions. Contribute to internal communication initiatives, drafting and editing newsletters and supporting internal campaigns. Collaborate with various functions to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all internal channels. Support the newsroom with press review, editing internal papers, and copy‑writing across all organizational aspects. Help the social media function with research and editorial activities. Assistance in marketing and communications activities across the BCG Network, focusing on sustainability themes to engage consulting and business services teams. Qualifications University degree in Humanistic Studies (Corporate Communication, Communication Science, International Relations, Political Sciences, Philosophy, etc.) Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, written and oral, with the ability to interface with people at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong curiosity about topical issues and news across diverse areas, with a desire to learn and a proactive attitude. Interest and knowledge of integrated media systems, content production and social environments. Proven organizational and administrative skills with impeccable attention to detail. Flexibility, responsiveness, and a strong service mindset. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment, independently or as part of a team, meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality work. Positive attitude, drive, commitment, and proactive problem‑solving; ability to multitask. Team & Work Environment The Marketing team is dedicated to reinforcing BCG’s image as a premium strategic and general management consulting firm. Core marketing activities include developing BCG’s reputation in the region, managing supplier relationships, and aligning with global BCG initiatives.
