With distribution in over 100 countries, Spin Master is best known for award‑winning brands PAW Patrol, Bakugan, Kinetic Sand, Air Hogs, Hatchimals, Rubik’s Cube and GUND and is the global toy licencee for other popular properties.<br>What will you work on<br>The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing and trade‑marketing division. They will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage a team of marketing professionals and oversee the profit and loss (P&L) of brand initiatives.<br>Specific Responsibilities<br>Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support the sales cycle.<br>Supervise and guide a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, providing guidance and evaluating performance.<br>Collaborate with the team to create engaging, high‑quality content (blog posts, e‑books, videos, infographics, etc.) to support marketing objectives.<br>Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns (online advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, events) to maximise audience engagement and generate measurable results.<br>Utilise analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify market trends and provide regular reports on key marketing metrics.<br>Work closely with sales, product and development teams to align marketing strategies and messaging with overall business objectives.<br>Oversee the P&L of brand initiatives, including budget allocation, cost management and revenue optimisation.<br>Select agencies and manage agency budgets.<br>Develop the EG brands growth strategy.<br>Attract, train and retain talent, promote teamwork, collaboration and a challenging learning environment, and drive employee engagement, performance reviews and career development.<br>How will you fit into the team<br>The Head of Marketing reports to the General Manager Iberia Italy & Greece and leads the local marketing team.<br>What are your skills and experience<br>Degree in marketing or business (preferably).
