We are looking for a Scientific Data Analyst to work in the IDATA Unit. Retribuzione annua: 40000€ - 50000€ esperienza da 6 a 10 anniRequirements: Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level); Previous experience in food consumption data collection and management; Previous experience in food composition data collection and management; Excellent knowledge of IT tools and data analysis tools; Knowledge the FoodEx2 classification system would be considered an asset; Behavioural competencies: ability to work with others, analysis and problem solving, drive for results. Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months. Salary: approx. € 3702 per month before taxes. Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possiblewithin 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days. The interim will: Coordinate the management and updating of the EFSA European food consumption database; Monitor ongoing procurement and grant projects aiming at populating it with new data; Support the creation of an open access food composition database; Coordinate the timely execution of FoodEx2 activities; Support the organisation of the Food Consumption network.
