We blend timeless elegance, professional performance, and a contemporary vision of beauty.The RoleWe are looking for an Operational & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Milan office and support our international business.You’ll work across marketing, digital, and operational activities, helping drive our growth and day‑to‑day execution.We’re looking for someone with a positive, hands‑on attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of projects.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day marketing and sales activitiesReview inbound leads and assist in client qualificationHelp implement marketing programs and initiativesMaintain and update marketing materials (presentations, sales sheets, price lists, product manuals, brand books, style guides)Maintain databases and assist with presentations (Excel, Word, Canva)Operational & Showroom CoordinationCoordinate logistics for customer visits and makeup artist activities (demos, materials, catering)Manage showroom inventory and support visiting clientsLiaise with external partners (PR agencies, makeup artists, models)Support marketing and fashion eventsPrepare inbound/outbound orders for lordandberry.com using showroom stockDigital & Social Media SupportSupport management of the lordandberry.com storefront and future online storesCoordinate digital and social marketing activitiesAssist with website updates (content, imagery, promotions)Support webstore/email marketing (promotions, newsletters) in coordination with Social Media & Community specialistsContent, Email & Web MarketingCreate and upload copy and images for the brand websiteDraft and send email marketing campaignsCommunicate with clients, affiliate partners, and digital networksConduct basic keyword research and web statistics reportingContribute to social media engagement and brand awarenessUse web analytics tools to monitor performance and suggest improvementsSupport paid media activities with digital agenciesHelp manage contact databases and lead generationSupport PPC and affiliate marketing activitiesHelp maintain and operate lordandberry.com (front‑end/back‑end)Coordinate with software agencies on website performance and updatesSupport product updates, maintenance, and development projectsRequirementsStrong commercial acumen and analytical mindsetAbility to work in a fast‑paced, in‑house environmentPassion for beauty, luxury and fashionExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Canva, and confident use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT prompting)Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and e‑commerce (Magento is a plus)Proactive, problem‑solving attitude and strong ownershipExcellent Italian and English (written and spoken)What we offerA creative, dynamic, international workplaceHands‑on experience across marketing, digital, and operational areasCollaboration with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teamsA 9–12 month training period with the possibility of full‑time employmentCompetitive salary and growth opportunitiesHow to applyIf you are passionate about beauty and eager to contribute to a fast‑moving, Made‑in‑Italy brand, please send your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
