Il nostro cliente è una prestigiosa software house con sede a Genova città e leader nell'offrire soluzioni uniche in Italia nella Building Security. L'azienda ha più di 30 anni di storia, 7 sedi in Italia e oltre 180 dipendenti.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo

Per la loro struttura interna siamo alla ricerca di un Application Specialist che si occuperà di installazione, formazione e post vendita dei prodotti software sia on-site che via remota.

Nello specifico le principali responsabilità riguardano:

- Installazione e configurazione prodotti Software dell'azienda

- Messa in servizio di personalizzazioni software realizzate per specifici clienti

- Attività di assistenza remota prestata mediante ticket inseriti su portale CRM aziendale

Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo

Si richiede un'esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno un anno e buona conoscenza di:

SQL

Linux e Unix

Doti comunicative e commerciali

Cosa avrai in cambio

Flessibilità oraria con possibilità di smart working misto a presenza in ufficio

Si prevede inoltre inquadramento indeterminato con retribuzione commisurata alle competenze raggiunte e alla seniority del candidato
