This role involves developing and implementing product management policies and procedures, managing a team of product management professionals, and ensuring that product initiatives meet or exceed company objectives. The Product Management Manager conducts regular reviews, analyzes product performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing product documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and reporting on product performance to senior leadership.
