**Posizione**:
Development and maintain an advanced product quality planning in the Supply Chain.
Develop, deploy and manage all the activities to monitor the suppliers performances and follow-ups (vendor rating and Audit Plan), deploy the automotive Customer Specific Requirements in the Supply Chain.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Elaborate, perform & report the periodical Vendor Rating Evaluation Report, audit plan, 8D & CAPA follow up for the PLI EMEA Suppliers (raw materials, packaging and logistic providers).
- Oversee the Suppliers investigation and corrective action and preventive action (CAPA - LOP) of the PLI EMEA Suppliers (raw materials, packaging and logistic providers).
- Oversee and conduct the Supplier Auditing program.
- Work with Purchasing to ensure: Supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented. Provide support to procurement when required, in particular during new RFQ
- Maintain and update critical supplier audit system and schedule.
- Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key supply chain KPI's.
- Monitor and report on supplier product quality
**Requisiti**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
- Good knowledge of Italian language.
- IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and VDA 6.3 lead auditor qualification.
- Deep knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) and tools (APQP, 8D, MSA, SPC, PPAP), risk assessment tools (FMEA), rational approach to problem solving.
- Good communication skills, good knowledge of written/spoken English and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive supplier quality management, problem solving and auditing.
- Automotive mindset.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in the Quality System elements including Management Controls, Document Management, Material Controls and CAPA
