To do this, we need a Product Engineer Coordinator who can support our team in crafting a beautiful product serving the business needs of our millions of users. What you'll do Own the lifecycle of features, from ideation alongside Product Designers and implementation to deployment and iteration Develop beautiful, scalable UIs and backend systems that power our collaborative platform, leveraging modern technologies like React, Elixir, and PostgreSQL Work closely with users and customers to validate ideas, solve urgent problems, and deliver impactful solutions Work closely with founders and design to implement fast new feature concepts Take responsibility for shipping features live in front of customers, demonstrating confidence and accountability for your work What we're looking for 3+ years of full-stack development experience Knowledge of Elixir or similar backend languages Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React and database technologies such as PostgreSQL Strong product mindset, with the ability to prioritize user experience and business needs Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Familiarity with modern infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms A proactive and autonomous approach to tackling challenges Passion for delivering polished, user‑centric solutions An experimentation mindset, balancing rapid iteration with robust design Drive to collaborate, mentor teammates, and continuously learn Experience with real‑time systems (WebSockets, collaborative features) Familiarity with AI or machine learning‑powered applications Our values: At indigo.ai we prize Vision (curiosity and courage to challenge the status quo), Connection (empathy, candor, and trust), Responsibility (ownership, reliability, and follow‑through), and Excellence (the habit of raising the bar and refining until it’s right).
