Company car will be provided.Please apply in EnglishJob SummaryReporting to the Implementation Manager, the role will be a clinical training expert on all ZOLL products and serve as a resource to the ZOLL Ventilation, Hospital and EMS sales teams, both direct and business partners where applicable. The role will be required to train customers and Business Partners as well as sales representatives, part‑time clinical educators and other ZOLL staff in current resuscitation practicesEssential FunctionsCreate customized product Training Programs for ZOLL CustomersPerform product ‘Train the Trainer’ education for customersConduct product End User TrainingParticipate in, product related, Sales Training for new Territory ManagersAct as ZOLL Liaison for all product training requirements during initial processCreate, plan and execute customer hand off to ZOLL SupportParticipate in Marketing Feedback for continuous product enhancementAbility to recognize and elevate any potential issues to internal teamsAct as a clinical expert of all ZOLL products, serving as a reference, resource, and educator for customer, ZOLL personnel and Business PartnersVisit business partners (BPs) and customers, assist and support BPs to drive utilizationQualificationsAdvanced / Critical Care Paramedic, Anaesthetics / ITU Nurse, ODP or Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the critical or emergency care settingALS / APLS certification, instructor level preferredExperience educating Health Care ProvidersDegree or equivalent in Business, Health Care, or related field.2 – 4 years of experience in health care industry.Experience with resuscitation and a passion for improving patient outcomes in hospitals.J-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
