Responsibilities Partner with line and business managers, providing day-to-day HR support, coaching and guidance on performance, development, employee relations and team effectiveness. Deliver HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and HR plans. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment legislation. Collaborate with HR and business teams to deliver a responsive, forward-thinking HR service. Support payroll activities through accurate monthly inputs to the Shared Service Center (BES). Contribute to talent, succession and development processes aligned with business priorities. Support compensation, engagement and culture-building initiatives. Assist organizational change programs, onboarding and recruitment processes. Manage HR administration, documentation, audits, vendors and data accuracy. Skills & Experience 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, sound judgment and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong analytical capabilities. Fluent English. Personal Qualities Strong ability to create a sense of belonging and engagement.
