At ARCA Dynamics, our mission is sustainable human resilience in Space.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields (Electronic Engineering, Space Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, etc.).Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop electrical flight hardware.Support embedded software development.Code and debug embedded software for space hardware.Integrate software into flight hardware and perform validation.Perform additional duties as assigned.Technical SkillsExperience in PCB design using KiCAD.Knowledge of programming languages: C, CUDA-C, C++, Python.Experience programming computational components (e.g., FPGA).Soft SkillsProficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written).Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.Nice to HaveHands‑on approach.Field experience or familiarity with space technology and mission development.Knowledge of additional languages.About UsARCA Dynamics is an Italian leader in space surveillance, specializing in advanced Space Situational Awareness (SSA) solutions.
