We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI/ML Engineer ready to design and develop advanced AI solutions that tackle real-world, complex problems.What you will doDesign and implement AI models to solve concrete business challengesFine-tune LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for specific tasksBuild and manage efficient data pipelines for training and inferenceDevelop scalable strategies for deploying models into productionCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create AI-driven applicationsMonitor model performance and optimize accuracy and efficiencyStay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and model optimizationWhat we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldsAt least 3 years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying AI/ML systemsStrong knowledge of Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlowExperience with transformer models and LLMsKnowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation)Experience with MLOps and production deploymentStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailNice to haveMaster’s degree in AI, ML, or related fieldsExperience with Vision‑Language Models (VLMs) or multimodal AIKnowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and semantic searchFamiliarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG techniquesExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)Experience in industrial environments or complex, real‑world projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
