Core architecture & shared foundations: defining and evolving the building blocks that power our native B2C apps (iOS & Android) and our React Native B2B app. Developer experience: improving the mobile toolchain, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and performance monitoring so that all feature teams can deliver faster, safer, and with higher quality. Release management: owning the release process across platforms, ensuring consistency, predictability, and stability at scale.
