Work Shift : 8hr-1st Shift (United States of America)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution.
  • Resolve routine and basic problems and communicate solutions or requested information to the customer.
  • Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments for follow-up as needed.
  • Utilize customer relationship applications or databases to record activities and research product information.
  • Assist with inventory management, order entry, shipping verification, pricing verification, and invoicing.
  • Maintain customer files and generate required reports.
  • Assist with credit memos and obsolete inventory management.
  • Support accounts receivable processes and sample shipments.
  • Mail marketing materials and input customer feedback into relevant databases.

Qualifications :

  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required.
