We work directly with hiring managers such as Partners and Directors of Big 4 / Big 6 and Big 20 and in-house Tax leaders such as CFOs and Head of Tax who understand the value of strategic tax leadership and we take pride in facilitating conversations that are aligned with your expertise and long-term goals. Location: Italy - Milan General Responsibilities Advise high-net-worth individuals families and private clients on Italian and international tax matters including inheritance succession and cross-border planning. Assist clients with personal income tax wealth tax gift and estate planning and family office structuring. Support compliance activities including preparation and review of tax filings reporting obligations and liaising with tax authorities. Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide practical solutions that align with clients strategic and financial goals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including lawyers accountants and financial advisors to deliver integrated client solutions. Build and maintain relationships with clients providing clear guidance and insights into evolving tax laws and regulations. Participate in client meetings presentations and workshops to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice. Qualifications A degree in Economics Law or related field; a specialized Masters in Taxation is a plus. Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) Lawyer (Avvocato) or equivalent is advantageous. Solid understanding of Italian tax law including personal taxation inheritance and wealth planning. Experience in private client advisory or tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly. Proactive curious and collaborative mindset comfortable working in a dynamic client-focused environment. Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
