Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be part of the Corporate HR structure, acting as a key partner in talent sourcing, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional eager to grow in an international environment and contribute to the international strategic HR projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the CPO in implementing global HR strategies, procedures and processesDrive talent sourcing and recruitment for commercial, business, and key market positions across international subsidiariesCollaborate with local HR teams in foreign Countries to ensure alignment with corporate standardsAssist in onboarding programs for international hires and mobility processesContribute to employee engagement initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging and community across culturesAct as a culture activator, creating opportunities for collaboration and movement internally and externallyDevelop programs and events that build community, strengthen our employer brand, and connect people across geographies.Ensure compliance with international labor regulations and internal policies.Participate in projects related to performance management, training, and career development.What We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition or related fieldsDegree in HR, Business Administration, or similar; HR certifications are a plus.Strong interest in international HR and multicultural environments.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Italian, French, German, Chinese).Proactive mindset with the ability to create movement and opportunities, acting as a connector and community builderProficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast‑paced global setting.What we offerFixed salary range: 35.000€ - 45.000Additional performance-based incentives and annual reviewsHybrid workplaceHealth & wellness benefitsPaid time off and company holidaysProfessional development opportunities, including international exposure and trainingInclusive and global culture, where your ideas matter#J-18808-Ljbffr
