Urban Outfitters Team Leader / Supervisor – Piazza Santa Maria Beltrade 2, 20123 Milano, Italy Role Summary L’obiettivo principale di questo ruolo è quello di supportare il team di gestione del negozio nella realizzazione di un ambiente che promuova la creatività, lo sviluppo dei dipendenti e la filosofia VIBE. Capacità di reclutare, motivare, sviluppare e guidare un team Gestire gli aspetti di sviluppo delle performance (Valutazioni, Piani individuali, Coaching, Counseling e azioni disciplinari) Riconoscere e sviluppare individui di talento per l’avanzamento e la crescita interna Fungere da modello positivo e sostenere gli standard aziendali Leadership and Communication Model the path by inspiring, motivating and encouraging teamwork Conduct productive daily meetings to ensure goal achievement Delegate effectively while allowing others the creativity to succeed Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Management of the Environment Supervise all levels of customer service with daily objectives and expectations Exhibit a strong presence by training the store team on service, standards and merchandising Achieve medium results in mystery shops while meeting company service standards Operations Execute all store procedures accurately and promptly in compliance with policies Reach store loss objectives by supervising loss prevention practices Contribute to health and safety compliance at all times to protect staff and customers Merchandising & Display Manage assigned section aspects in collaboration with the Department Manager or Visual Merchandising Manager Understand and interpret current fashion trends to generate creative solutions Actively ensure that floor sets are organized and scheduled appropriately Business Awareness Maximize sales through creative and analytic merchandise management Use business reports to react to trends and drive the business Stay current with trends and have a solid knowledge of the customer profile Manage stock levels appropriately using relevant reports and market trends Demonstrate entrepreneurial capabilities to reach and exceed store objectives What You’ll Need Experience in a managerial role in a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail environment Strong operational capabilities Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and local market appeal Ability to increase sales through excellent service, visual presentation and business understanding Equal Opportunity Statement URBN is an Equal Opportunities Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
