Per Gabbiano Spa, storica azienda mantovana protagonista nella distribuzione di beni di largo consumo non food, cerchiamo un Junior Product Manager da inserire nel team Marketing, a supporto del comparto Home care, contribuendo attivamente al lancio e alla promozione delle relative linee di prodotto. Di cosa ti occuperai: are alla gestione delle attività di marketing e comunicazione per i prodotti in assortimento. Affiancare il comparto nello sviluppo e implementazione delle strategie di marketing per il lancio di nuovi prodotti. Monitorare le performance dei prodotti e raccogliere feedback dal mercato attraverso l’analisi di dati. Collaborare con i diversi dipartimenti (ufficio grafico, commerciale, regolatorio, trade marketing) per garantire l'efficacia delle attività di marketing. Gestire e organizzare le attività quotidiane rispettando le tempistiche richieste. Gestire un portafogli prodotti personalizzato per clienti esteri europei (es. Francia e Spagna). Conoscere le normative applicate ai prodotti in gestione. Realizzare presentazioni (in italiano o inglese) per la forza vendita e per i clienti. Presentare le novità di prodotto alla forza vendita interna e ai clienti. Fare scouting di nuovi fornitori e identificare nuove proposte di prodotto. Pianificare visite sui punti vendita per monitorare i competitor. Effettuare trasferte presso fornitori (Italia, Europa o Cina) e partecipare a fiere di settore. Quali requisiti: Laurea triennale/magistrale in Marketing, Economia, Comunicazione o discipline affini Buona conoscenza di strumenti di Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Spirito di iniziativa, curiosità e voglia di imparare. Capacità di lavorare in team e di adattarsi a un ambiente dinamico. Creatività e capacità di gestire più progetti in parallelo. Ottime doti relazionali e spirito di squadra. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente anche basi di spagnolo e francese.
