Quality Assurance Engineer II, Alexa EndpointsThe Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) role in Alexa Endpoints team focuses on testing next-generation AI-powered features across multiple device platforms, with a deep emphasis on core Alexa SDK implementation for iOS and Android. The role involves comprehensive testing of Alexa+ capabilities, which include advanced conversational interactions and generative AI-powered assistive technologies.Key job responsibilitiesKey testing responsibilities will span critical endpoints including Android, iOS, and other device platforms. The QAE will be responsible for developing and maintaining test suites that cover voice interactions, text interactions, mobile-specific flows, and cross-platform testing requirements.Basic Qualifications4+ years of quality assurance engineering experienceExperience in automation testingExperience in manual testingExperience as QA lead on medium to large sized projectsPreferred QualificationsExperience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or AppiumExperience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product qualityExperience with Android, iOS or other mobile application development or testingOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
