Responsibilities Execution of the production plan in terms of quantity and quality, in compliance with production, safety, health, and environmental standards, while optimizing and controlling costs, yields, and resources; monitoring essential operating conditions and assessing and resolving any related anomalies. Monitoring and controlling process parameters in relation to intermediate and finished product characteristics to guarantee product property consistency and studying possible operational improvements, both structural and procedural. Developing, maintaining, and improving aspects related to Environmental, Energy, Quality, and Safety Management Systems and those covered by the 20 INEOS Safety Principles, both behavioral and process.
