TECHNICAL SUPPORT - SETTORE ARREDAMENTO, Noventa di PiaveNoventa di Piave, Italy Manpower, filiale di San Donà di Piave ricerca la figura di un CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT. La risorsa individuata verrà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio tecnico e sarà chiamata, durante la fase di installazione prodotto, a dare assistenza tecnica da remoto ai clienti per la risoluzione di problematiche di tipo tecnico.RESPONSABILITA': • Gestire il contatto con la clientela in fase di installazione per attività di assistenza e richieste di informazioni tecniche• Dare assistenza telefonica e/o video per la risoluzione delle problematiche emerse• Tracciatura delle richieste di supporto• Analisi delle richieste e identificazione dei principali problemi in ottica di miglioramento prodotto• Manutenzione manualistica tecnica• Supporto alla formazione e sopralluogo presso il sito del cliente laddove necessarioREQUISITI: • Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico e/o laurea breve o altro titolo di studio affine;• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e ascolto, relazione e negoziazione, problem solving e team working, flessibilità di orario, disponibilità agli spostamenti, orientamento al cliente ed al risultato.COSA OFFRIAMO: Assunzione diretta in azienda a tempo determinato con ottime prospettive.L'azienda offre il servizio di mensa interna.Vedi Annuncio #J-18808-Ljbffr
