About the job Senior Manager - Industrial Goods Senior Manager Product Strategy - Industrial Goods Are you looking to be part of a dynamic and future-oriented team within an innovative and international work environment? We have highly ambitious growth targets and are looking for a Manager with proven experience in Product Strategy projects in the Industrial Goods sector. As a Manager you'll have the chance to: Lead of challenging national and international consultancy projects in the areas of Strategy and Organization at the clients site in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Define product portfolio strategy and overall go-to-market strategy across countries and channels Lead market intelligence analysis, conduct market research to understand our customers´ needs in the different market segments Guide lifecycle management process, track performance KPIs, and make decisions on product end-of-life to ensure customer competitiveness in the market Create the deployment plan of the new strategy and sustain the customer in its implementation, obtaining relevant bottom-line results The role of Manager requires a full willingness to travel (80% of the work time at customers site). Key Qualifications Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering or an equivalent education, MBA is a preferred requirement 6 or more years of experience in a leading management consulting company with a relevant experience in product strategy projects in the Industrial Goods sector Language proficiency in Italian and English are mandatory. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus Excellent presentation and communication skills Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes Team-leading experience, ability to bring out the best in people Team player, resilient, flexible with a visionary mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
