Our retail chains, present in nine countries, includeTJ Maxx, Marshalls, Winners, HomeGoods, Sierra, TK Maxx and Homesense.A crucial part of our Company is represented by our Global Buying Offices, where resident buyers and sourcers purchase goods locally and scout regional markets looking for exciting products for our stores.Global Buying Offices in Europe are present in Italy, UK, Portugal and Spain and we have Associates also in Poland and the Netherlands.Buying Admin AssistantKey ResponsibilitiesSupport Buyers in writing orders and updating POsSupport Buyers in preparing for their Market weekCo-ordinate and communicate Buyers weekly itinerariesManage and track product samples efficientlySupport Buyers in the Market and act as point of contact.Maintain vendor information and assist with filingJoin key appointments to support order writingSupport the team with general administration (post, photocopying, setting up new buyers, expenses, holiday maintenance, etc).Organize travel for buying/intake teams.Support Buyers in preparing for style out, strategy and other meetings (strategy packs, mood boards, samples).May be involved in business travelling based on Company’s needs.Key Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceMicrosoft Office knowledge with specific focus on Excel.Strong organizational skills and able to juggle a number of constantly changing prioritiesGood communication skills in English and Italian language, both verbal and writtenConfident approach and able to work effectively with people at all levelsAble to work effectively without close supervisionWhat's In It For You?
