We are currently looking for a Senior Engineering Manager in BulgariaThis role offers a leadership opportunity to drive end-to-end delivery of mission-critical, user-facing Care Services initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will act as the engineering co-lead for the Care Services stream, collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable outcomes. The position combines hands‑on technical oversight with people leadership, focusing on building high‑performing engineering teams, improving delivery predictability, and maintaining alignment with organizational standards. You will manage both Engineering Managers and individual contributors, shaping initiatives from inception through release while balancing competing priorities.
