Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Tram of Bologna is a Tram infrastructure project including for Alstom all technologies (Track, Power Supply, Overhed Contact line, Signaling, Traffic lights and communication).The object of this project is to design, supply and install all the technological part of the infrastucture for the a tram line of about 17 km in Bologna.The post is mainly based in Rome area, the team is based in Rome and  Bologna (Italy). Occasional contacts with collegues situated near Paris (France).The job consist of coordination of the System Design team, Interface with other stakeholders, Installation works and Test & Commisioning team with regards to all technical aspects, assuring that required performances and satisfaction of the customer are reached. Main tasks:-Define System architecture for Signaling, Telecommunication, Passenger Information System, SCADA and Traffic light management  and interfaces with Traction & Track Engineer-Allocate the system requirement to the above subsystems-Define above subsystems specification & interfaces within them and with other subsystems;-Check coherence of system requirement allocation and their evolution for the above subsystems-Verify and Assure system performances with support of System Technical T&T;-Define and check System-level costs and technical Risks:-Review and approve the above subsystems design and test specification;-Authorize waivers and manage NC or Modification requests affecting the above subsystems-Support Test and Commissioning manager in defining the test plan and procedures-Support the Safety and work security managers in their workRequirement:MD EngineerFluent Italian language is a must. English also.
