In this role, you will support the team in optimizing supply plans and ensuring correct store inventory levels based on store capacity, attributes, seasonality, and selling curves. Additionally, you will support end‑to‑end processes re‑engineering, identifying improvement and automation opportunities.A Day in the Life of the Retail Supply PlannerEnsure consistent, high service levels by monitoring and taking required action on deliveriesCollaborate with Demand Planners to maintain and improve demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizonsMaintain and define parameters in the Replenishment tool to optimize stock levels across the networkAutomate analysis on demand and portfolio at SKU/location levelSupport in developing changes and/enhancements to current procedures within supply chain functions, collaborating in projects for lean process re‑engineeringCollaborate in the optimization of Supply Chain KPIsWhat Will Make You SuccessfulCuriosity and interest in processes within a complex and dynamic Supply ChainKnowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (including macros), PowerPoint and Power BIStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with effective communication abilitiesA positive, forward‑looking mindset and team spiritFluency in both Italian and EnglishAt Nespresso, we embrace inclusive language – feel free to share your pronouns on your CV.
