Overview Head of PMO Italy role at GETEC Italia. Based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform. Main activities include team management and cross-functional alignment to drive the digital energy transition. Responsibilities Team management: Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE). Local Road Map Definition And Management: collect dept/team needs/requests; ensure projects are aligned to short- and long-term business goals and properly prioritized; manage dependencies between projects and day-to-day activities; manage projects throughall phases from kick-off to monitoring/closing, including project documents and meetings scheduling; monthly reporting;define, implement and maintain an efficient project governance framework. SAP implementation: project manager for SAP implementation across all Italian legal entities. Alignment with Group functions such as PMO, IT and Post Merger Integration. Hard Skills University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of working experience, including 5+ years as a Project/Program manager. Preferred at least 5 years in consulting firms in project manager roles. Soft Skills Strong analytical skills to assess situations and identify effective solutions. Project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver tasks on time. Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support team members. Clear and effective communication to interact with colleagues and stakeholders; organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines; problem-solving skills with practical and creative approaches. Location Gragnano Trebbiense (Piacenza) with commuting to other Group offices, particularly Assago and Alessandria.
