It delivers innovative digital tools and high value-added services, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.The RoleIn this strategic role, you will lead the Regulatory IT Consulting practice, with the objective of strengthening its market positioning and driving growth in line with the sector’s digital evolution. You will act as a trusted consulting partner for key clients, overseeing the delivery of complex projects and proposing innovative solutions for the transformation of regulatory processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the strategic vision of the Regulatory IT Consulting practiceStrengthen relationships with key clients and identify long-term growth opportunitiesLead business development initiatives focused on the digitalization of regulatory processesExpand the client portfolio through networking, events, and market presenceAnalyze client needs and translate them into tailored digital solutionsOversee high impact consulting projects, ensuring quality and consistencyConduct structured assessments to identify areas for improvement in client processesManage the execution phase, ensuring alignment and adoption of proposed solutionsOversee resources, budgets, and practice profitability, with full P&L responsibilityCollaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams to launch new servicesContribute to the creation of digital products and methodologies in the regulatory domainYou Are the Ideal Candidate If YouHave more than 12 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory IT, or digital transformation within the Life Sciences sectorHave significant experience in consulting and managing strategic clientsPossess deep knowledge of regulatory processes (e.g. eCTD, submissions, labelling, RIM) and related technologiesHave led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex consulting portfoliosHave experience in financial management (P&L) and practice developmentDemonstrate excellent executive-level communication and relationship management skillsHave a strong strategic mindset and the ability to balance innovation, compliance, and operational pragmatismThe Company OffersPermanent employment contractCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible working arrangements (full remote or hybrid options)A strategic role with high internal and external visibilityAutonomy in defining and shaping the practice strategyCollaboration with experienced, multidisciplinary teamsAll vacancies are open to candidates of all genders (Law 903/77).To check whether this position is still open, please visit and enter the job reference code.You are welcome to submit your CV even if the selection process is closed, as we may contact you for future opportunities.Please read the privacy notice and provide consent for data processing in the application form.#J-18808-Ljbffr
