Your role will be to transform ideas into specifications, test the developments, and ensure awesome applications are deployed at speed. You will drive the vision, strategy, and road map, ensuring they meet real-world business Italian accounting and invoicing needs and comply with local regulations. Your focus as a Product Owner will be understanding Italian localization rules, accounting principles and understanding intricacies of how Odoo can meet Italian market standards. You'll be responsible for applying this knowledge and pillar in opening the door to thousands of new potential customers. You don't need to be an accountant specialist, just smart, curious, structured, and ready to learn fast. If you are motivated, passionate, or curious about business, with a genuine interest in IT and passionate about delivering cutting‑edge solutions, this job is made for youResponsibilitiesTake technical decisions with the functional flows dealing with developers and business analystsImprove user experience by analyzing user behaviors to implement new features within our Odoo platformWrite specifications for new featuresTest functionality of various used casesCreate content that will help our users on a daily basisRequirementsAt least 2 years of experience as a project manager / product manager or a similar role with a good understanding in translating accounting principles into functional featuresProven experience in UX / UIFluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)Ability to balance feature decisions with product vision and simplicityNice to haveFamiliarity with ERPs and / or SaaS platformsPassion for digital products and tech environmentsStrong focus on data‑driven decision makingHybrid work modality(3 days on site / 2 fixed days on remote)At Odoo, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace that is diverse, inclusive, and truly authentic.
