TXT e-Tech Srl, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a candidate that fits in a role as Specialist in Standards Management and Training for activities related to the verification of procedures and their standardization, in order to ensure the effectiveness of training in the aeronautical field.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the verification of the implementation of standardization procedures among civilian instructors to ensure uniformity and effectiveness of training;Monitor staff training and verify improvements in the level of standardization;Organize periodic meetings by coordinating and drafting specific procedures, checking knowledge of operating procedures, local regulations, and relevant publications;Verify knowledge and timely application of current training directives;Support coordination in assessing the level of theoretical and practical training.Essential Technical SkillsGood communication skills and diplomacy;Interest in acquiring knowledge and addressing issues;Good knowledge of the Windows Office suite;IT skills and ability to use management software;Ability to work under pressure;Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).Optional Technical SkillsExperience in the aeronautical field;Familiarity with standardization and training procedures in military or civilian contexts.Soft SkillsProblem solving;Ability to work in a team;Willingness to travel.EducationHigh School Diploma or Degree in engineering / aeronautical fields.Why choose TXT GroupCareer opportunities in a fast-growing and evolving company with a young and international workforce;Training on topics related to the role;Corporate Benefits (health insurance, welfare, meal vouchers, employee discounts);Permanent contract commensurate with the candidate’s experience.This position is open to all candidates regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198 / 2006.
