Per un’azienda internazionale specializzata in servizi digitali e gestione dei dati, ricerchiamo unfreelance Data Privacyautonomo e appassionato che supporti l’azienda nelle seguenti attività:Per l’Anonimizzazione dei Dati: · Progettare e documentare la logica di anonimizzazione e i set di regole. · Allinearsi con i team legali e di compliance sugli standard GDPR e ISO 27001. · Collaborare con gli architetti IT per integrare l’anonymizzazione nei sistemi marketing/IT. · Supportare il rollout e l’allineamento con gli stakeholder interni.Per l’Accordo di Condivisione dei Dati: · Promuovere e documentare casi d’uso di condivisione dei dati tra entità. · Assistere i team IT nell’implementazione di processi di scambio dati conformi. · Gestire i workflow di governance, inclusi approvazioni, audit e aggiornamenti. · Facilitare workshop con team legali, IT e business per allinearsi su controlli congiunti e DPIA.Qualifiche Richieste: · Esperienza comprovata in strategie di retention/anonimizzazione dei dati. · Ulteriore esperienza in privacy e governance dei dati. · Solida comprensione di GDPR, ISO 27001 e framework di privacy dei dati (controllo congiunto, condivisione dati, ecc.). · Familiarità con sistemi IT di marketing e architettura dati aziendale. · Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e documentazione. · Capacità di lavorare trasversalmente con stakeholder legali, IT e business.Competenze Preferenziali: · Esperienza con strumenti come Jira e framework di legal design. · Conoscenza della gestione del consenso e delle policy sul ciclo di vita dei dati. · Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese; ulteriori lingue europee sono un plus.Sede:Ibrida - Remoto e possibili trasferte a Bruxelles due volte al mese. Durata:6–12 mesi a tempo pieno (5/5) (con possibile estensione) Lingua:Inglese fluente
