<b>Functieomschrijving </b><br><p>Randstad Specialty Pharma is hiring a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a multinational leader in the electromedical sector. </p><p>Work area: full remote </p><p>Contract: 6 month fixed term contract </p><p><b>Responsabilità </b> </p><p>Essential Job Functions: </p><ul><li>Interacts with service providers (e.g., congress organizers) to settle logistical points, stand location, display, communication and symposium details, according to managerial and marketing decisions </li><li>Ensures the follow-up of HCP's contracts, fees and CNOM declaration </li><li>Collaborates on the development and distribution of marketing collateral to the sales team </li><li>Manages marketing finances, tracking program budgets and measuring success of key initiatives </li><li>Produces documents, letters, reports and presentations as and when requested </li><li>Monitors department budget with the Manager and checks that invoices and POs match; obtains approvals and then to sends to accounting department </li> </ul> <b>Functie-eisen </b><br><p>Requirements: </p><ul><li>Bachelor s degree, preferably in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field. </li><li>1 years of experience in a similar role, a plus. </li><li>Fluent English required </li><li>Knowledge of IT applications, including MS Office (required). </li><li>Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach. </li><li>Excellent communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, operating as a team and independently, adapting to changing requirements </li> </ul><p>La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
